My bf went into a inpatient rehab center 2 days ago for help. I haven’t heard from him since. I know that he is going through withdrawal symptoms so I understand why he hasn’t. I am just worried. I called the center to ask if he was okay, but they won’t tell me anything. He has drank for years. He drinks anywhere from 10 to 18 a day. He wants to stay clean when he comes home! I’m trying to find Al-Anon in my area so I can help him all I can when he gets out. I can visit him for an hour in a couple of days. I would like to know what to expect. Any advice I can get would be appreciated!

I been drinking heavily for the past couple of years like four locos, steel reserve, hurricane, and schlitz bull ice beers and I feel really nervous and shaky if I go all day without having a drink and I’m wondering what is involved if I say go somewhere to “detox” myself. Any advice anyone can give me is appreciated. I know I’v confess to my boss that I have this problem and the EAP department for the company I work for referred me to get counseling. I’m not sure what to expect when I go into my appointment as I never have gotten treatment yet, but feel like I need it. BTW, I’m a 26 year old guy who is living on his own by himself in a small apartment.

Okay, I have a drug test in a 2 weeks and I smoked weed around 4 days ago. I barely smoke. Maybe once a month. Thc comes out of urine right? Well what if you drank alcohol which makes you pee a lot. Would that help. I am planning to drink a lot of water, tea, and cranberry juice. Any suggestions or tips. P.S. Don’t say anything like drugs are bad or don’t smoke and bs.
