It takes about one to two weeks for the alcohol to get out of your body
can take a couple weeks. if i get a bad hangover anymore it lasts a couple days and i don’t feel right for a week or so. feeling normal might be a whole different story. after you get the alcohol out of your system you have the life long job of learning to live without it. good luck!! i haven’t been able to conquer that demon completely.
it takes any were from12 to 15 days but if you drink plenty of water and eat right it shouldn’t be that hard then you will feel normal
i had a Friend in prison for 15 years he said for 10 he wanted a drink he has been out for 6years still has not had a drink
it depends on the person how long it takes me got to have it everyday for the past 5yr”it will be out of your system in-about 4hours normal is just a word only you u know what normal isfor you
You need to take a bath it will help relax the muscle.Plus it will last about two days.
about 14 day
different people due to metabolism will take more or less time. drinking alot of water before and after drinking helps alot as alchohol dehydrates your body. I drank for many years and the effects were gone the next day if i had eaten food the night before and drank water and the next AM drank pepsi always helped not diet i think it’s the sugar that helps never did the effect last longer than 24 hours unless you get alchohol poisoning which can require hospitilization. Drink in moderation always and it’ll be better.Effects of alcohol on the body
Studies have shown that long-term drinking produces serious harmful effects on the body’s organ system. The parts of the body most effect is the liver, cardiovascular, brain and skeletal systems. Moderate drinkers tend to have better health and live longer than those who are heavy drinkers. In addition to having fewer heart attacks and strokes, moderate consumers of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits or liquor) are generally less likely to suffer hypertension, high blood pressure, heart attacks, and Alzheimer’s disease. Sensible drinking helps to reduce or preventing liver damage, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, bone fractures and osteoporosis, kidney stones, stress, depression, poor cognition and memory, Parkinson’s disease, hepatitis cancer, ulcer, hearing loss, gallstones, and poor physical condition.
Alcohol is absorbed quickly because it does not require digestion by the stomach. About 90% of the alcohol consumed is absorbed by the small intestine. Rates of absorption for alcohol depend on the amount and type of food in the stomach. The effects of alcohol may appear within 10 minutes after drinking and peak at 40 to 60 minutes. Alcohol remains in the bloodstream until it is broken down by the liver. As a central nervous system (CNS) depressant alcohol depresses the breathing rate, heart rate and the control mechanisms of the brain. People who drink alcohol the suicide rate is higher because alcohol is a depressant.
The more water the better…it flushes it out…and ..I’ve been told the alcohol creates dehydration…which then creates the hungover effect…the more water the easier and quicker it will flush out of your body…
GOOD LUCK and
