Can someone help me figure out a treatment plan for these 2 case studies.?

Case 1 is a man in his late 30s addicted to alcohol. He drinks and drives on the job and is seeking a rehab without detox. He has a pending dui case.
Case 2 is an 18yr old female addicted to percocet and zanax. She has a 2yr old baby and lives with her crack addicted boyfriend who is in and out of jail. She is seeking detox and possible rehab.

1. Give him an ultimatum, he better get himself the proper help that he needs or he’ll either hurt someone else which will cause jail or more serious or himself, or JAIL.
2. She should probably let her family member or someone who she trusts take care of her child if that’s possible while she’s in rehab.
