Question by Raggamuffin: What should I do to prepare for my holiday?
I’m thinking of having my legs waxed a week before so I don’t have to think about shaving.
Maybe also get my lashes tinted/permed so I don’t need mascara on the beach.

I’m also thinking of giving up alcohol/fizzy drinks/sugar/dairy/wheat for a couple of days beforehand to avoid bloating. How long should I do this ‘detox’ to feel/see the results?

Is there anything else that would be a good idea? Maybe eating more of a certain vitamin, or something to improve the look of my skin/hair/nails.

Basically I just want to look my best without trying/wearing make-up whilst away. Anyone got any tips, ideas or knowledge of detoxing?

Also, I’m going to a spa. Would are the benefits of things like facials & massages? Is it purely relaxation?

Try waxing a few days before hand. I never thought abut coloring lashes but that sounds interesting.You probably shouldnt give up all sugar, your body might go crazy craving it if you dump it all together. Try doing a facial, and exercising a bit.
